It is your responsibly to pre-arrange your airport shuttle with you hotel with in the week before you arrive. On arriving and clearing customs etc, your shuttle driver will meet you outside on the footpath, they will have a sign showing the hotel they represent.

See Papua New Guinea wildlife up close (the Nature Park is also a zoo) and you can buy lunch and some souvenirs. Entry fees, lunch, souvenirs etc are at your own cost.

The Holiday Inn (Gecko Bar). Food will be provided, however there will be a cash bar available.

6-15pm pick-up/10pm return from the Hilton via our mini bus.

6am pick-up/9am return from the Hilton or the Holiday Inn via our mini bus.

A great opportunity to buy souvenirs. The bus will return to the hotels at 9am for a late breakfast.

This will be at the Hilton from 12noon to 3pm.

Our bus will transfer the runners staying at the Holiday Inn up to the Hilton at 1pm.

This will be at the Hilton at 2pm.

3:30pm pick-up from the Hilton or the Holiday Inn via our mini bus. 

The POMRR weekly run is at 4pm on Saturday afternoon and is a great way to meet the local runners, whether you choose to run, walk or just spectate.
For those of you who are bringing new or second hand/used running shoes, shorts, singlets etc as gifts, these can be presented to POMRR organisers at this meeting. You will see on the photos elsewhere on the webpage that the POMRR have lots of children running with them, and all local runners are grateful for any offering.

NOTE: As the event gets closer we will arrange for our hotels to supply breakfast, which may be as basic as a ‘continental breakfast in a box’ given to you the night before.

3:30pm pick-up/8pm return from the Holiday Inn via our mini bus.

Finger food will be provided and a cash bar will be available. Note: There will be no tradition finish medals handed out on the finish line for Marathon Globetrotters, as this will be done at this “Medal Presentation”.
